COVID-19 UPDATE

Temporary Closure

To the Digitalab family ,

As we know the current situation is incredibly fluid with new information and regulations coming to light on a daily, even hourly basis. Following government announcements and further to ongoing information and advice, we will now place Digitalab into a stasis situation in order to help fight the spread of Covid-19

From 5pm on 24/03/2020 the lab will be in lockdown with all staff staying at home. Customer support will still be available via info@digitalab.co.uk during business hours and further means of communication and support service will be available shortly.

We’ve made this decision with a heavy heart but the number one priority of us all now is restricting the spread of this virus and the wellbeing of our staff and customers has to come first. Slowing the spread and giving our fantastic NHS the time it needs to treat those most at need now will allow us all to come through this difficult period.

We understand this is an incredibly difficult time for us all and there are many in the industry who are concerned for the future of their business. We want all of our customers to know that we will continue to be available throughout this period as always so please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Our customers are the lifeblood of this industry and we will be doing everything in our power to help and support you all through this time. We will continue to update you through our website, social media channels and email of what is happening behind the scenes here to ensure we can come back from this and provide the same exceptional service as before.

Our ordering systems will remain online as normal to receive any orders which you may wish to place and rest assured we will process these immediately on our return to the lab.
