Here at Digitalab we like to reward our loyal customers in as many ways as we can. Our Reward Scheme is designed for exactly that – to help you throughout the year with your Wall Art and Frame orders with us.

For every order containing one product valued over £100 you will be allocated 1x Digi-Point, on collecting 12 Digi-Points you will be eligible for a £150 voucher that you can use on your next order for either Framed Prints, Wall Products or an Album.

And that’s it! You don’t have to do a thing. Your points will be automatically added to your account and you can keep track on them in the ‘My Rewards’ Section of the site so you always know when you are due another treat!

How to collect Digi Points

Simply register with Digitalab at www.digitalab.co.uk and we will automatically add Digi-Points to your account when you place eligible orders.

Orders placed must have the same email address as registration account email.

Collect & Save with Digi-Points

For every order containing either a Framed Print, a Wall Product or a Fine Art or Photographic Album valued over a net price of £100 we will automatically add one Digi-Point to your account.

When you have collected 12 Digi-Points we will inform you via email that you are eligible for a redeemable Reward Voucher valued at £150 ex vat to claim towards your next order of Framed Prints, Wall Products or Fine Art & Photographic Albums.

You can keep up to date with your progress in earning Digi-Points by checking your NEW “My Rewards” Area on the Digitalab website.

Terms & Conditions

The Loyalty Program is only eligible to trade customers, those eligible photographers and commercial entities using Digitalab Ltd services and solutions.

One Digi-Point is awarded per order that has one or more Framed Prints, Wall Products or Albums that has an individual net price of £100 and above.

Orders that have multiple products over £100 will still receive 1x Digi-Point. Digi-Points will be added to your account within 72 hours of order being placed The £150 Reward Voucher is a single use voucher, it can only be redeemed against Wall Art, Framed Prints and Album products valued in excess of £150.

If you wish to redeem against orders valued below £150 no further credit will be made available.

The £150 Reward Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher codes, special offers, sample sales or promotional activity.

Please note PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS – Chromaluxe and all collections of products are not eligible for Digi-Point Rewards.

Digi-Points are only awarded to orders that Digitalab has received via online ordering platforms. Individual Digi-Points will expire after 12 months after issue.

£150 Reward Vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months of issue.

Orders placed must have the same email address as registration account email.

Digi-Points cannot be transferred between accounts and have no monetary value.

Existing Loyalty Cards can be transferred to Digi-Points by posting them to Digitalab before 1st April 2024.
